Room #2402 for three nights: Queen room (one bed) with microwave and fridge and a lovely view of the river looking mostly west. Good sized clean room with carpet, small but efficient bath with a step-in shower and low profile toilet. Soft but comfortable bed. Room has extra lighting, desk, lounge chair, charging station. Kitchenette has small sink, single cup coffee maker with 3 coffee pods in addition to microwave and fridge. Closet with hangers, iron and board. Somewhat narrow hallways. Hand sanitizer by elevator. Chilled water station on floors 11-24. Both valet and self-parking are available. Self-parking is at 20 East Randolph, about 2-1/2 blocks away and comes with unlimited in/out privileges. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Will call for a cab by request. They have locked luggage storage. Access to the building through a rotating door flanked by traditional doors. Several lounges on the first floor one in reception and others towards the back of the entry. Close to many things: 12 minute walk to the Art Institute, 15 minute walk to the Museum of Contemporary Art, convenience market across the street, easy walk to the RiverWalk.

I was lucky, the view was incredible. I was booked into a room on the tower with a window which directly overlooked the river, and it happened to be a perfect evening sunset. The room itself was great. Even though it was tight, (the foot of the bed is very close to the window which makes getting past it tricky if you're larger) the room managed to fit a lot of useful items like a microwave and mini fridge AND a kitchen sink.

The location of the hotel is excellent, and we took a room with a view, which was fantastic. The hotel is located in the very heart of the city and everything is within a walking distance. On the second floor for the guests is available coffee machine that can be used at any time. The coffee was excellent. One can fill a bottle of cold water as well. On our floor we had a machine for free water with free bottles. One more amazingly surprising detail was the movable shower. It is so very rare to have this type of shower anywhere in the US! The bathroom was with excellent light and plenty of quality towels. The photos were taken out of the window.

great location (next to the river walk, opposite the Marina Towers, close to some very good restaurants, but also to a 7/11, close to the Architecture Foundation, the Art Institue & Millenium Park) view of the Chicago river from my window, nice staff, easy and fast check-in, check-out my room had a decent desk (good to work at, with many shelves & plugs) free water bottles (as many as you need)

The room was very stylish, modern and clean. I appreciated the microwave and mini-fridge which allowed me to buy some things for breakfast the night before at the 7-Eleven. The Chicago River view from my room on the 20th floor was amazing. It was also an excellent location to take an architecture cruise in the morning. All four boat companies were within two blocks on all sides of the Michigan Avenue bridge.

I had an excellent stay at the Club Quarters Hotel. The staff was warm and friendly, providing exceptional service and helpful recommendations. The room was immaculate, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed. The hotel's fantastic location allowed easy exploration of nearby attractions, and the Riverview was stunning. Prompt updates kept me informed about local events. I received a complimentary room upgrade with a kitchenette, making me feel right at home. The luggage locker service was convenient for my last day. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend the Club Quarters Hotel to anyone visiting Chicago. I can't wait to return!

Location is wonderful, right next to the river and a great spot to make homebase when wanting to visit downtown Chicago. The hotel is clean, has what you need, and the staff was courteous and helpful.

Excellent location Best value for money in Chicago Extremely helpful and friendly staff (I am looking at you Ronnie!) Liked the Gym! Nice coffee and work rooms at the second floor Would definitely come again

The room was clean and comfortable and was a good size. The location was great, close to everything. They had a little area with tea and coffee and comfortable chairs where you could sit after checking out.
